Fitness by Faith

When you embark on any new fitness/nutrition program you have to pack a lot of faith with you. We all want to see results right away. And I'm no different from anybody else...start a new nutrition plan and I want to see change the next day. But it doesn't work that way.

Many people don't ever get to the point where they see results because they give up too soon. After a few weeks they still don't SEE change, so they decide it's not working.

But the fact is, it usually takes a couple months or possibly more of real consistency to your plan before you will notice outward results. That means you have to have faith that what you're doing is working even if you can't see it yet.
I wish coaches talked about this more than they do. We have to prepare people so they aren't frustrated and give up. Faith is all part of the process. And when you don't get those immediate results, don't quit. Changing yourself is a journey and a process and it all starts on the inside. Your inside has to heal and get healthy before the outside will follow.

So stay CONSISTENT to your plan. If it's a solid plan, you WILL start seeing results but you have to keep doing the work.
